NOJI wins the RIAI Future Award 2018

The RIAI Future Award has been devised to recognise and award an emerging talent in architecture. 'Design for a Changing Country' discusses our active engagement with social, cultural and economic issues in Irish towns.

This is massive news for NOJI Architects!

The award represents an acknowledgment from the RIAI of the quality of work and direction of NOJI Architects. Albeit this is the third RIAI award received by NOJI Architects, for Elizabeth and John this is a special one as it is for the culmination of projects over the timeline of the practice. Our presentation was named 'Design for a Changing Country', and it showed our approach to design now involving a social, economic and urban regenerative direction. We believe that good design is the answer to our towns and villages suffering after the recession, saying that is is time to rethink the basic functions of our buildings and uses of our urban environments.

Elizabeth and John attended the awards ceremony in The Mansion House earlier this month to accept the award.
